Does sweating help you lose weight 20? It definitely does help you lose weight. There are many athletes to lose water weight you could just go sit in a sauna and cycling around in the sauna. You need a really hot environment that cause your body to sweat now this is a huge misconception the fitness industry and there’s lots of products out there that make you believe that you lost body fat by seeing the scale down because you lost some pounds from sweating from losing water weight there’s a big difference.

I’m not saying it’s impossible to burn fat while you’re sweating. There have actually been numerous studies done on this subject, so one thing that was found was that when you exercise in hot environments which is usually when you’re going to be sweating your heart rate increases and the intensity of the workout increases.

Now something that people do all the time after they have a really intense workout with this one a lot you can see it in the Gatorade commercials and everything you know somebody has one of those Gatorade their drinking and they look so freakin cool and there’s wedding that yellow / but those drinks are really high calorie you shouldn’t be having them all the time.

If you’re having a rough day whether sure electrolytes you’re gonna get that with your electorally now I mean videos in the path to talk about how intensely reliefs to the mix of carbohydrates and fat your body burn so whenever your body needs energy and had a choice I am I gonna use carbohydrates in really high intensity workout your body does tend to choose your carbohydrate or glycogen.

Does sweating help you lose weight stores over your fat stores so might be burning a higher percentage of Does Sweating Burn Calories carbohydrates instead of that when you’re doing higher intensity workout or in a hot environment most people observing such studies and findings will right away assume that since learning more carbohydrates it’s useless for that burn and that’s totally not true and I can prove it to you with simple mathematics.

Does sweating make you lose weight if you’re burning 500 calories and your workout and you work had a pretty steady state cardio and during steady state cardio it’s out of normal room temperature using sixty percent of your calories for the workout from fat and only 40% from carbohydrates from glycogen compared to having a high-intensity workout in a hot environment we are sweating a lot more this time you burn 1,200 calories instead of the 500 calories

However because the findings are just described you only gonna burn forty percent of your calories from fat and sixty percent of your calories from carbohydrates even though its smaller percentage that you’re burning fat you’re taking that percentage out of a much larger number because of that at the end of the day you’re gonna burn more fat in that hot environment or in that higher intensity workout however there are studies that show the exact offices there was a study done published in the journal of clinical investigation its study 12 young men and found that on average they burn 289 more calories from being in a room that was 63 degrees in temperature

So there you have two different ideas right there that sweating and working out in hot environments may help and then working out in cold environments where your friesen might help so now I can finally give you the real answer to this question why are you asking such a stupid question.

I know the chances are Does sweating help you lose weight you’re not a wrestler or a top athlete looking to drop some water weight before a competition you’re probably somebody that just looking for a quick fix way to lose some fat without actually having to exercise and diet.

Daily Sauna Use Benefits – Sauna vs Cardio

Going into a sauna can be just as beneficial as exercising when it comes to improving your cardiovascular health I found a study that actually proves that that’s we’re looking at talked about in this video hit the subscribe button to improve the fitness health and nutrition okay let’s talk about this research study that showed how going into a sauna can be just as beneficial as actually moderate exercise when it comes to improving your cardiovascular health.

Let’s break down the study what they did is that they took some participants and they put them in a sauna for 25 minutes okay now before they put them in the sauna they wanted a baseline so they measured their blood pressure and they measured their resting heart rate okay so I had these baseline readings then they put them in the sauna and while they were in the sauna for 25 minutes they were measuring their blood pressure and heart rate again and it turns out that going into a sauna all that heat is actually a stressor on the body so it actually increased the participants blood pressure and actually increased their heart rate very similar to what exercise will do.

Then they took them out of the sauna they let them rest they let them cool off a little bit and they retook their blood pressure and they retook their resting heart rate and it turns out that actually these two sauna really created a good response very similar to exercise once they cooled off and they were rested after coming out of the sauna that blood pressure when actually it went to lower than baseline actually went lower than before they went into sauna and their resting heart rate actually went lower than baseline as well too actually went lower than before they went in the sauna a very similar response to what exercise will do.

Now they also now that the second the second round of this study they took the same group of people they put them on an exercise bike for 25 minutes and they use the same protocol first they measure their resting heart rate first they measured their blood pressure before they put them on the bike they have a baseline and they put them on the exercise bike for 25 minutes measured their blood pressure while the cycling measured their heart rate while the cycling they both increased and they pretty much increased at a moderate intensity and about a hundred watts which is pretty moderate on a bicycle very similar to the response they had when they were in the sauna okay then after the twenty five minutes of the cycling session they had them rest.

I had them cool off they took their resting heart rate and they took their blood pressure and both those we using we also when the lower than baseline their one before they started the exercise bike routine very similar to the sauna response so what the research has concluded is that going into a sauna has similar health benefits when it comes to your cardiovascular system as actually exercising and the long-term use of going into a sauna can be just as good as actually exercising I personally go into a sauna all the time you know whenever I can whenever halftime after workout I love the jump into the sauna you know as soon as I get in there within 3-4 minutes I definitely do notice my heart rate increasing okay and also leave a comment if you use a sauna on a regular basis and you feel like you’ve improved your health due to that I’d love to hear about it I’m sure other people reading this  would love to hear about it too.
