Asked: HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT FOR MY HOLIDAY?
Yep, another weight loss question! But no matter how hard I looked the answers werent right for me!
Im 16 years old and I’m going on a holiday in 2 months. It’s a hot place where I’ll be in bathers and singlets and shorts. I am going with my friend and cant stand the thought of revealing my body.
I am around 170cm and weight in at about 71kg. There is not one part of my body I am happy with, especially my bum and legs, but stomach and arms need a lot of work too. I’m not OVERLY fat, but very flabby and would love to lose around 5-8kg. Is that even possible?
What is an ideal weight loss in that time?
I have cut out all soft drinks, only drink water and I have cut out fatty foods and am on a low calorie diet. I exercise when I can working in with school and work, only been doing it for about 10 days but there is no great difference that’s keeping me motivated! Please help xx
