Now, that’s part of Chinese medicine which I’ll share more in a minute. But for starting out, if you have candida, you obviously . . . I think you know this, but you want to get rid of sugar. You know, any time you have that white thrush on your tongue, that’s a sign that yeast is feeding on sugar within your body. We want to start eliminating yeast. We want to stop feeding that candida albicans. And so, in order to do that, you’ve got to eliminate all sugar from your diet, and then also eliminate grains because grains are breaking down into sugar very quickly and even fruit at first. Now, listen, in the long-term, you’re going to add some grains back in after a few days and even fruits later on. But again, to start with those are the biggest culprits that are causing candida to grow.

And last but not least, this is really important. If you’re over consuming cold foods, ice water, ice cream, cold smoothies. According to Chinese medicine, your spleen and pancreas and these areas in your body that are responsible for eliminating candida, they get over burdened by cold foods. And so rather than having a cold smoothie, have a warm bowl of broth or rather than doing ice cream, have something warm. Again, you want things that are warming to your body and drying. That’s the key to killing candida. Number two is doing a candida cleanse. Before you go on my candida diet, what I recommend the first thing you do is do a three day cleanse where you’re only consuming bone broth and vegetables, and that’s really it for three days. So again, bone broth, vegetables. You could do a little chicken in there as well. Basically you want to get a big crock pot. You want to do some chicken broth along with vegetables, including onions, celery, garlic, and a little bit of kale and sea salt.

And basically you’re going to do that soup with basically vegetables. You can also throw in things, like cauliflower and broccoli. And you’re going to do that bone broth soup with a little bit of chicken and just consume that for three days. I’ve had people do that two weeks to see even faster results. That’s where you want to start, in terms of doing a candida cleanse. It’s mostly bone broth for a few days with a little bit of vegetables and sometimes a little bit of chicken. Step three is doing the candida diet, and here are the best foods for helping you cure candida.

Number one, it’s going to be steamed vegetables, okay? Vegetables are the easiest thing for your body to digest. That’s the first food. The second food is going to be fermented vegetables, like sauerkraut. Now, typically you don’t want to eat the sauerkraut cold, but sauerkraut and kimchi are warming to the body. They actually also help your body get more good bacteria in its probiotics which will help crowd out the yeast and bad bacteria that’s built up within your system. The number three food is going to be bone broth. Bone broth is incredible because it contains the amino acid, glycine, which supports the liver and helps your body clear candida. The fourth food is going to be organic meat, like wild caught salmon, organic chicken and turkey, lamb and grass fed beef.

Those are some other great options of foods that can help eliminate candida. And last but not least, it’s going to be starchy vegetables, specifically things like butternut squash, spaghetti squash, and pumpkin. Doing a little bit of starchy vegetables. Now, you don’t want to overboard with those, but one to two servings a day, earlier in the day, rather than doing grains and sugars, you do starchy vegetables which are a little bit sweet. According to Chinese medicine, those foods help nourish the spleen. They help nourish the body so your body can actually start to build up the strength of those organs which are responsible for eliminating candida from the body. By the way, if you want to a full report on this on all of the foods that are best. Step number four is take the right supplements. By far, the number one supplement for killing candida is actually not just a supplement, it’s a tea.

It’s called Pau d’Arco. Now, you can take Pau d’Arco as a supplement, but I recommend it in a tea form drinking three glasses of Pau d’Arco tea a day. And Pau d’Arco, that’s spelled P-A-U d’Arco, D-A-R-C-O tea, and you can order this simply online very easily.

But I’m telling you the number one supplement for killing candida is Pau d’Arco tea. It works very effectively. A few other things that really help are essential oils, specifically essential oils of clove, oil of oregano, and myrrh essential oil. Those three oils help eliminate pathogenic bacteria from the body. And the way that I recommend you use those is simply rubbing those on your abdomen, rubbing those on your neck, diffusing them in your home.

Simply breathing those in on a regular basis but those essential oils are effective. A few other things that are effective at candida are taking capric acids, a caprylic acid supplement, taking a berberine supplement, and then also using coconut oil. In fact, coconut oil has anti-microbial benefits at killing off candida. And last step but not least in the candida diet is actually has to do with lifestyle.

If you want to overcome candida, you’ve got to reduce stress, and exercise can help in eliminating candida, specifically anything that’s really getting the body warm. So whether that’s weight training, whether that’s any form of cardio, actually typically weight training or burst training is the best thing to do. And you can do a Google search for burst training online, but that’s going to be the most effective type of exercise to clear candida completely from the body. And so, again, if you want to clear candida, you’ve got to do that. And here’s something else I want you to think about. With the Chinese diet, if you look at Chinese medicine, what happens, your body, when you have candida, it’s typically damp and cold, okay? So think about that. That’s where mold and fungus and things grow. If you want to get rid of candida, you have got to consume a diet that is drying and warmer. And so foods that are very drying in nature are going to be vegetables that’s going to be warm foods, like garlic and onions. It’s going to be actually if you’re going to do one grain corn and then amaranth are two of the best because they’re drying to the body.

You really want to dry the body out, and that’s why Paul d’Arco tea is so great as well. So again, guys hey I want to say thank you for watching. If you want to get my full guide on the candida diet, make sure you subscribe to our newsletter.

Candida Diet Recipes: How To Make Candida Friendly Recipes for Candida Diet

How do you make Candida friendly recipes.

Don’t drink caffeine. Don’t eat this food. Don’t eat that food. There’s lots of do’s and don’ts. A lot of this is basic common sense. But as they say, “Common sense isn’t very common.” If you want to incorporate foods into your diet that are Candida friendly, it’s pretty simple to make. It’s the same with cooking food. Very simple to make food that is not going to encourage Candida in your body. Do I need to cut all caffeine out of my diet? I don’t really believe you do need to cut out all caffeine out of your diet. Most of the people that I’ve seen that are fully recovered from Candida, in fact, maintained one or two cups of coffee or tea per day. They don’t chop all caffeine out of their diet at all. A lot of people like to have their coffee fix in the morning between getting up and about lunch time. I can’t see that a negative with Candida at all.

Common sense, ladies and gentlemen. What’s common sense? Sugar. So that means you’re not going to have sundaes. You’re not going to have ice cream. You’re not going to have chocolate cookies, all that sort of stuff. If you’re going to cook, don’t put sugar in your food. How basic is that? Don’t buy sugar. Don’t buy crystalized sugar. Try to keep away from molasses, syrups, nectars, all these kind of sweet junk that you put into your food. That’s rule number one. Rule number two is watch out for yeasty foods. Moldy cheeses, foods left in the refrigerator overnight, foods that you’re suspect about, throw them out. If I went to your refrigerator now, I could probably chuck half the food out that’s sitting there that you’re probably not going to eat that you may have saved or has been sitting there in a jar for a long time. Don’t incorporate that kind of food into recipes. Bin it. If in doubt, throw it out. Candida friendly recipes are generally fresh, healthy foods. Salads, greens, low sugar fruits like berries, like avocado, like a green apple. These are all fruits that I feel are perfectly safe for people with Candida problems.

It’s simple to make food at home that’s Candida friendly if you stick with protein foods, eggs, chicken, fish. If it’s a vegan, it’s going to be a little bit more challenging because no doubt you’re going to want to eat a lot more grains or nuts. These starchy kind of foods that can give you gas and bloating, so you make sure you take appropriate enzymes when you do that. Even people who are going into a Candida friendly diet that meat eaters, but not vegans, specifically need to put enzymes into their diet. Whenever you’re changing your diet, probiotic and enzymes greatly assist digestive recuperative power. Candida friendly diet recipes are basic and simple. I always like people to start with the basic simple approach when they’re on Candida diet. Simple meals. You know what a simple meal is? A simple meal could be a piece of chicken and it could be a piece of broccoli. That’s a simple meal. There are millions of recipes online you can find that are Candida friendly. Just make sure they don’t include any added sugars.

Also be careful initially of the starches that you’re going to include into your Candida regime. It’s not really a good idea to add lots and lots of different things that you haven’t had before. Lots of kidney beans. Lots of legumes. These sorts of things. Just be careful because you’re going to get a lot of bloating and gas again. Make change slowly to your diet. If you’ve been eating a particularly diet for a long time and you want to change the diet, don’t make a radical change within a week. Bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea. These are all common things I hear from people that change too quick when they go into a Candida approach. Let’s recap on a few things. How do I make a Candida friendly diet? Easy.

Make sure that you don’t buy any takeaway food. Keep away from the places like Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, all these burger chains. They’re usually all crappy kind of foods. Avoid that and try to eat at home as much as you can. If you are going to eat out, make sure that you get food that’s free of yeasts and sugars.

Those are the two core things that you need to look for. Second thing is. There’s plenty of information you’ll see on my other YouTube videos on information that you’re looking for in terms of proteins, starches, and fats. I’ve done many videos on this. If you go to the Candida playlist that I’ve created regarding food and nutrition, you can learn a lot more about that. Common sense, simplicity. Include more garlic into your diet. Include more woody spices into your diet like cloves, for example. Cinnamon. Includes fresh things into your diet. Ginger, very good to add in there. In spring and summer, you can add all of the fresh herbs in there. Oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil. Put all these into your salads and put these in with your greens when you’re making up your vegetable dishes. These are all providing an antifungal approach. Fermented and cultured foods. My experience over the last 12 months with kefir has not been very good with a lot of people. I’ve noticed many people getting bad tummy problems from incorporating too much kefir into their diet. My rule now is not to include kefir into a person’s diet who’s going into a Candida diet until their tummy is getting a bit stronger.

Yogurt is cultured. Kefir is fermented. It’s a different type of food altogether, so be careful. Sauerkraut is fine for most people if they start very small. Yogurt tends to be okay with a wide range of people. They can tolerate that. I hope you got a bit of information out of this video. It might be a bit basic for you. But you know what, basic things work best for people. Not really complicated things, so just remember that. Keep away from the sugary foods. Keep away from the yeasty foods.

Eat at home. Prepare your own meals. Try to keep away from things that are out of cans, packets, boxes, all that kind of food. It will often contain some kind of a chemical in there to prolong the life of that food. I’m not a big fan of packaged foods at all. I hope this was some good information for you. Thanks for tuning in. .
