Let’s dive right into this topic. First of all, we look at lemon water is loaded with vitamin C, and this has a lot of powerful benefits on the body. First of all, it has a ton of heart health benefits, and this is important because it’s estimated that over 90 million people suffer from some sort of cardiovascular condition.

So, we want to make sure that we’re always looking to improve really our life force, our heart, our cardiovascular system because when we take the lemon water loaded with vitamin C, it’s going to help lower blood pressure. I mean, I run into so many people who are on blood pressure medication.

So, if we can lower blood pressure, super positive here. It’s going to help reduce the risk of stroke, reduce the risk of heart disease, it’s going to boost your immune system. So, when everybody’s getting sick, if you’re adding lemon to your water every day, you’re going to help boost your immune system up and you’re going to find that you’re just functioning so much better. You’re not getting sick as often.

You’re not getting the flu and all these respiratory conditions. So, let’s make sure that we’re always working to boost our immune system to keep us healthy and also decrease inflammation. Now if we can decrease inflammation, we decrease our risk of chronic disease. And the other thing that happens is when we decrease inflammation is we decrease a lot of symptoms and pain that we feel in our bodies. A lot of people have aches and pains, lot of inflammation in the body. So, let’s go ahead and make sure that we’re using vitamin C from lemon juice in order to do that.

Let’s talk about cancer. So, we know that the lemon juice is going to help decrease our risk of cancer, it’s going to help fight the cancer. There was a test tube study that basically found that not only does the lemon extract go and decrease the risk of breast cancer, it helps to actually kill the breast cancer cells. And so, we want to make sure we’re always working to fight cancer and using the lemon juice is going to help do that. Now the reason for this is because there’s two active ingredients that are powerful within the lemon juice.

There’s D-limonene and hesperidin. These two active compounds that are in the lemon juice are going to go and help us decrease our risk of cancer and fight off cancer cells within the body. Next here is it’s very hydrating. So, this is why I love drinking it first thing in the morning. You come off of that fast, that nighttime fast. Let’s say you slept for six to eight hours. You didn’t eat, you didn’t drink, you wake up, your body’s dehydrated.

Unfortunately, most people go straight to coffee. What I’m going to recommend that you do is actually go and drink some lemon water and once again at the end of this article. I’ll go in and actually teach you how I drink it. Let’s talk about weight loss. So, it’s going to support weight loss because it is loaded with polyphenol antioxidants.

These polyphenol antioxidants are going to help reduce weight gain in studies. They basically found that people who are consuming the lemon water would go and find that they were not able to put on weight as quickly and so it also is going to help boost your metabolism and also improve insulin sensitivity.

So, when we look at this whole metabolic issue, this whole insulin and weight loss combination that we have here, taking some lemon juice and drinking that lemon water every single day is really going to support that process. So once again, I don’t know too many people who aren’t looking to cut fat off their body and if you’re one of them, like I always am, then using some lemon water every day is going to help.

It’s also going to improve your skin health. Now the lemon water is going to be loaded with vitamin C and also antioxidants and so that is going to support anti-aging. It’s going to help keep your skin look fresh, help you decrease wrinkles.

Basically, they did a study and they found that when the mice were consuming lemon water, it essentially helped decrease the wrinkles on their skin and also it’s going to help decrease dry skin. Now you can actually just use the lemon water, drinking that orally, but you can also take lemon juice and put that in some type of topical cream or some sort of topical face masks that you’re making for yourself. And it’s really powerful either way. Next here and last on the list is going to help reduce kidney stones. Now this of course is really important because a lot of people suffer from kidney stones, kidney issues. Now, the lemon water is going to be high end citric acid.

The lemon juice is high in citric acid. It’ll help make our urine less acidic and it will dramatically reduce stones is what the research has said. And it also even said that it’ll help break up some stones. And so, if we decrease the stones within our system and we also help decrease the risk of developing stones, that is very good because a lot of people once again have kidney stones today. Now here’s the deal.

When I wake up in the morning, what I do is I mix lemon juice with apple cider vinegar, a dash of sea salt, some Stevia, and also cinnamon. And I put that in about 12 ounces of water and I drink that before I drink anything else throughout the day. Now if you want that full mixture and all the details on that recipe, I did a video on how to make that specific drink.

You can check that out right up here. Now if you want to just get the benefits of lemon water every single day, essentially you can just squeeze a half a lemon into eight ounces of water, drink it warm or cold, and essentially what you’re going to find is that it tastes great, but also it’s hydrating, makes you feel good, makes you feel energized. And so, here’s my challenge to you. My challenge to you is before drinking coffee or tea or anything else in the morning, you wake up and you drink an eight to 12-ounce glass of water with lemon in it.

You can drink my special apple cider vinegar drink, which I just referred to, or you can actually just squeeze the half of lemon in the water and drink it that way. So that’s my challenge to you. First thing in the morning, hop out of bed, drink that lemon water, and then even drink it throughout the day and then report back to me and how you’re feeling.
