How to Cleanse Your Colon with Salt Water Flush

In this article, I’m going to explain how to naturally cleanse your colon using a salt water flush. I will also explain the exact steps along with the best foods and herbs and supplements you will need to cleanse your colon naturally. I’ll also say that most of those other colon cleanses out there people are recommending are fads.

Those other methods are not really going to work long-term. What I’m going to teach you in this article is really how to do this over several days, along with how to keep these different things incorporated into your diet long-term in your daily life. If you do that, it’s going to naturally help cleanse your colon.

The truth is your colon doesn’t necessarily need a lot of help, and needs no major interference. For a lot of us we are consuming different kinds of foods and doing things on a regular basis that tend to block our colon up and keep it from doing its job. So, the number one step you need to follow in cleansing your colon is eliminating processed, refined foods as well as fast foods from your diet.

What that means is anything that is a packaged food, anything that you’re buying, let’s say, at a fast food restaurant, we know that those foods are going to cause intestinal inflammation. So, step number one, get rid of the processed foods. So, what’s the best foods for cleansing your colon? I recommend several top foods, two categories of which are fermented vegetables and probiotic-rich foods.

So the first is fermented vegetables. If you’re not consuming fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi, you’ve got to get those into your diet. The number one thing is to start consuming sauerkraut or kimchi every single day. The second step is to start cleansing your colon by consuming more probiotic-rich foods in the form of fermented dairy products like goat’s milk kefir, and goat’s milk yogurt. We know those are the foods highest in probiotics.

The third step is to eat apples. Apples have incredible benefits and are great at cleansing the colon. They’ve got pectin, a specific type of fiber, as well as quercetin that can really help cleanse the colon. Apples are probably the best fruit when it comes to cleansing the colon.

The next choice is avocadoes, another sort of fruit. Avocadoes are great because not only are they one of the most fiber rich foods on the planet, they also contain large amounts of potassium and magnesium.Potassium and magnesium are the top two minerals you need in order to start flushing out your colon. Sodium and salt make you retain water; while potassium causes you to start to flush water and toxins from your system, and magnesium helps loosen and relax the muscles of the colon so you can have easier bowel movements and bowel function. So again, avocadoes are an amazing food because they contain healthy fats. The magnesium, potassium and fiber make it a great food for naturally cleansing your colon.

One of the best foods if you want to naturally cleanse your colon is flaxseeds, or specifically sprouted flax, another amazing fiber rich food that’s loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. We know that just adding a couple of teaspoons of flax into a morning smoothie, can naturally help cleanse your colon.

You can also use a herb called triphala, which has been used in India and Asia for centuries as a natural tonic that can support colon function. If you want to really support your colon, triphala is an incredible herbal remedy you want to look into. That’s T-R-I-P-H-A-L-A. Triphala is again very, very powerful, very strong at supporting your overall colon health.

And then last but not least, drink more clean water. Drinking about eight glasses a day of pure clean water is great for naturally cleansing the colon. What this should look like is this:

I recommend if you want to do, you can begin a week-long, seven-day colon cleanse. You would wake up every morning and start off with a superfood smoothie with a tablespoon or two of collagen protein powder in it, along with an apple, and vegetables like celery and cucumbers, a tablespoon of flax meal, and half an avocado. Blend that up and then drink this excellent colon cleansing smoothie for breakfast.

For lunch, I would do a big superfood salad. This is basically organic lettuce, tomatoes, you can do more avocado on there and then something like an apple cider vinegar with a tablespoon of olive oil. Do that for lunch, and for dinner, eat some bone broth soup. Do vegetables, do chicken, do chicken broth, but again, a big bowl of hearty vegetable soup, chicken vegetable soup, for dinner.

Then as a supplement you should take probiotics, one to two caps twice a day, so four caps total daily of probiotics. If you do that superfood smoothie for breakfast, that big superfood salad for lunch, and that bowl of bone broth soup for dinner, along with everything I talked about, you’re going to see tremendous improvements in your overall colon health, especially if you struggle with constipation.

How to do a Colon Cleanse with Salt Water Flush

Now I am going to describe how to do a sea salt water flush, also known as the Master Cleanse. So, if I have peaked your interest, keep on reading. Since I started doing the carnivore diet my digestion has been great. But what I’m hearing from a lot of people out there doing a carnivore diet, OMAD, or intermittent fasting is that you’re dealing with constipation.

One of the things I think is amazing for constipation is the sea salt flush, which is also known as the Master Cleanse. Personally, I think the sea salt flush is better than laxatives because it’s natural and doesn’t have the chemicals that laxatives do. What does a sea salt water flush do exactly? It basically cleans your colon, improves your digestion and it helps your body to get rid of toxins naturally.

I’ve been hearing from a lot of people who I have told how to do a salt water flush that they are having trouble getting the salt water flushed out. This is just something I do sometimes when I get backed up if a salt water flush doesn’t work for me, and it could work for those of you who have been having problems with the salt water flush.

If it hasn’t been coming out at all, what you can do is once you drink the 32 ounces of salt water solution is to have at least 16 ounces in a tea mug of hot water. The water should be heated in the microwave for about two minutes so it is still hot, but you’re able to still drink it. You don’t want the water to be room temperature.  You want it to be hot, but not hot enough that you’re burning your insides when you bring your lips to your tongue, but hard enough that you can get the water down.

This will begin to remove the salt out of your colon and any stuck fecal matter with a flush solution. The reason the salt water flushes may not work sometimes is because of the simple fact that when we eat the standard American day diet consisting of processed foods and after a salt water flush those foods bind onto the coal and become like glue. This makes it virtually impossible for even something as wonderful and natural as a salt water flush to work.

This makes it hard for the salt water flush to push out that fecal matter because you’re probably eating stuff that’s not gluten-free and are eating foods full of preservatives that are not living foods. They are likely not in the raw form of fruits and vegetables or even grass-fed proteins. In fact the  beef, chicken or whatever type of protein products you eat are probably low-quality foods you shouldn’t be eating. This is why when you do a salt water flush you have trouble getting the waste out of your intestines. so

Drinking the 16 ounces of warm water is going to stimulate the colon muscles and get that salt water flush moving through your system, and will aid you if you have been having trouble getting a salt water flush to work. I would suggest drinking this water about 15 minutes after you do the salt water flush. It does definitely work, and if you use it you won’t have these problems when you do salt water flushes.

It’s very important not to give up when doing a salt water flush because we can’t always rely on bowel movements to get all of the fecal matter out of our intestines. Salt water flushes are a much needed process, so if you have any trouble with the salt water flush not working correctly, then try drinking some hot water as suggested and you should be successful.

Mix 2 Tablespoons of pure Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt in 6 Cups (32 oz) Filtered water. Drink the whole solution in the morning on an EMPTY Stomach. Lay down for 20min. Enjoy 😉 I’ve experience an increase in energy since doing this cleanse and I would definitely recommend trying it out! It’s very simple and doesn’t take much time, so why not!
