Weightloss question!?

So i am 5'4", 14 years old and my starting weight was 190. I was doing the Hip Hop Abs dvds for awhile and to be honest, only eating maybe 100-200 calories a day. I have been taking those 1 A Day teen vitamins to give me nutrients and stuff though. I have lost 50 pounds and am currently 140. I want to get down to 110 and have stopped exercising because i dont get a workout from my dvds anymore. Im still losing weight though. Seems like its working. Can i just keep not eating that much, yet not exercising, and still lose weight?

Asked: In a normal weight range. restricting calories. Is it still hurting me?

What I'm wondering is that last year I ate anorexicly to loose weight and then once I got down to 125 I started eating normal — and gained it all back again– and I did the same thing this time.. Dieted like that just wanting to get to my goal faster, that's all… people might not believe it but the second I hit my goal of 115 to 120 at 5'5 I will started eating perfectly again but this time I will bring my food intake up again but up slowly and try to maintain the weight in the process unlike last time gaining it all back almost instantly it seemed like. I eat vegetables and sometimes pasta and try to eat as much protein and potassium as possible I also take a multivitamin– by the way not just that of coarse by protein I mean lots of fish and or protein shakes and I eat a lot of vegetables and salads and peppers to attemps to increase my weightloss and just because I love spicy food and by potassium I mean bananas and or fish that are high in potassium too–.–all of this staying under 700 calories most of the time. The biggest thing that I do is just try to skip dinner and eat as healty a dinner as possbile since I think that my body seems to be effected a lot more from my food intake after 5 pm…. I am currently in the high 130's. Lets say that I really will not get too skinny because I know that I won't. I just like to take the fastest route possible. Is it going to harm me in the meantime??

My main overall question is that:: Is trying to eat like this just to get to my goal as fast as possible even drinking water and adding vitamins proteins and potassium especially at a perfectly normal weight range still hurting me. Do I need to stop doing it this way.. And if yes which I'm assuming your answers will be, then how can I do this in a much healthier way and still loose the 15 to 20 pounds that I want to by the end of May
….Also the main reason that I am doing all this again and the reason for the May as my goal month is because I am getting married soon and I need to get to my goal and a steady weight so that I can start having my dress altered and the faster I loose it the more time they will have to alter the dress so I do need to get to my goal rather quickly but I'm scared of hurting myself in the process. I will take suggestions pretty please
