How else to lose weight?

Asked: How else to lose weight?

I'm beginning to exercise almost every day for an hour (different kinds of sport), and substantially changing my diet to a less fatty/sugary one.
Is there any small tips that could help me along weightloss, or any rules? Thanks in advance.
(I'm not crash dieting).

Asked: Is jogging enough for weightloss/lean tight body?

I dont have the money for a gym membership but if i was to fast walk/jog most nights for 45 mins would that be enough to give me a 'tight body' without weight training at the gym?

I just want to feel good in my own skin… Sick of feeling uncomfortable in my body 24/7 :(

Btw i am 175cm and 72 kg and only eating around 1500 calories a day

Ok so i'm 14 years old and am 6'1 and 320 lb. I'm 21, a girl, and I would like to lose some weight and get more in shape so I came up with this program I've been sticking to for the last two weeks and I'm wondering if it makes sense.
I stopped drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes, I just drink water (about ten glasses a day).
For breakfast, I always have a smoothie, I blend fresh fruits and/or vegetables and add some lemon or lime juice and mineral water. I do the same for dinner. Usually, I would blend like one carrot, an apple, and an orange and then half the smoothie so that it would last for both breakfast and dinner.
For lunch, I eat normally, meaning I don't restrict but I only eat healthy-ish stuff (no junk food, nothing deep fried or too sweet).

As for exercise, I always do 45 minutes of cardio in the morning (jogging, the elliptical machine, zumba – whatever I feel like) and 30 minutes of muscle workout every night (a different group of muscles every day – stomach, legs, arms).

I only feel hungry occassionally so I don't feel like I'm starving myself. I haven't lost too much weight yet but I have way more energy and stamina and my skin has cleared a bit. Should I continue eating and working out this way or should I change something?

weightloss for women, continuation?

Asked: weightloss for women, continuation?

ok, so ive changed my eating habits and have started exercising a bit, and i ended up losing 20 lbs over approx 5 months (not trying SUPER hard to lose it quickly), but now i am in a rut and have become un-motivated for exercise, although whenever i am at work, thats all i can think about doing.
i technically get good exercise at work although i have now been there for almost nine months, therefore causing it to become a nornal routine. i am going to attempt to go onto the isagenix 30 weight loss program etc but is there anything i can do for the time being, be it a small workout each day, to help continue to decrease my weight/maintain what i am at right now, or anything that is great at motivating people? that would help a lot, i am not a picky person just lost in a rut and need help finding my way back out again. any answers would be acceptable <3 thank you in advance

Why am i not losing weight?!!?!?

Asked: Why am i not losing weight?!!?!?

Ok so im a 17 year old girl and i eat very healthy and exercise at least 6 times a week, usually 7 burning 500-600 calories at the gym.

My BMR is about 1300 and I usually eat anywhere from 900-1400 calories a day and then burn around 500 so on a typical day i would say Im netting 700 calories.

This is the amount that should give me a weightloss of two pounds a week but im not losing close to that and its pissing me off!

Ive researched and figured it may be because im eating TOO LITTLE calories with my exercise, and should be netting at least 1200 calories a day to keep my body out of starvation mode..

However im netting 700 calories without actually being "starving", i just eat a lot of salad and fruits and veggies so my calorie count stays low.

Do you guys think i would lose more weight if i eat more calories? Please help! i lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks…need to lose 20 more by summer.

Asked: Weightloss ideas for fast results for a teen without using a dramatic diet?

I wanna get in shape for this years summer brake and basketball season.I'm 5'2 and I weight 137 I want to lose like 15lbs. I want to start running but I live in a bad place to go out for a run and i dont drive yet so i dont have access to a gym. And I'm a teen so I don't wanna start a hardcore diet plan but I do try to watch what I eat. What are some good workout/weightloss ideas that will help me get motivated and give me the results i want fast. Thank you for the help.

Asked: Need tips on jogging and weightloss!?

The past two weeks ive been going for jogs and walks because I'm trying to tone up. I've always heard you can lose your breast size if you run which freaks me out a little since I really like my breast size but my other MAJOR issue is after just a few minutes of jogging I can't breathe and I taste blood, my chest will continue to hurt for about two days and I cough like a smoker after jogging, any tips on how I can fix this? My grandma thinks I might have asthma?
