Asked: is jogging enough for weightloss/lean tight body?

I dont have the money for a gym membership but if i was to fast walk/jog most nights for 45 mins would that be enough to give me a 'tight body' without weight training at the gym?

I just want to feel good in my own skin… Sick of feeling uncomfortable in my body 24/7 :(

Btw i am 175cm and 72 kg

I've heard some nasty things about alli.
Any success/ horror stories?
Can I just take it when i eat fatty things, and stick to a low fat diet?
I don't want to **** my pants if I don't eat like a rabit.
I spent 60 bucks on it, I'd hate to waste it, ya know?

I currently weight over 300lbs (embarrassed enough no need to make me feel worse with unkind remarks) I have tried many a diet and seem to gain back all the weight i loose within a few mos and then some!After having each of my children i would loose a ton of weight while breast feeding and then gain all of it back as soon as id stop!Im seriously tired of carrying around this weight and even though my husband says he loves me the way i am im embarrassed to even change clothes around him!I need some help!!!!We are on a limited income with having 3 kids so we cant afford much!I need some help on something that really works that wont break the bank!!! Please help!open to all suggestions!

Asked: Does this weightloss program make sense?

I'm 21, a girl, and I would like to lose some weight and get more in shape so I came up with this program I've been sticking to for the last two weeks and I'm wondering if it makes sense.
I stopped drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes, I just drink water (about ten glasses a day).
For breakfast, I always have a smoothie, I blend fresh fruits and/or vegetables and add some lemon or lime juice and mineral water. I do the same for dinner. Usually, I would blend like one carrot, an apple, and an orange and then half the smoothie so that it would last for both breakfast and dinner.
For lunch, I eat normally, meaning I don't restrict but I only eat healthy-ish stuff (no junk food, nothing deep fried or too sweet).

As for exercise, I always do 45 minutes of cardio in the morning (jogging, the elliptical machine, zumba – whatever I feel like) and 30 minutes of muscle workout every night (a different group of muscles every day – stomach, legs, arms).

I only feel hungry occassionally so I don't feel like I'm starving myself. I haven't lost too much weight yet but I have way more energy and stamina and my skin has cleared a bit. Should I continue eating and working out this way or should I change something?

I'm 17 yrs old and i'm trying to get rid of my "muffin top" (belly fat) and thin out my thighs a bit as well. About 1 & 1/2 month ago i started running for 30 mins a day and changed my diet to a healthy diet too. I'm not going for a certain weight, i'm going by appearance. When will i start seeing results?

I wanna get in shape for this years summer brake and basketball season.I'm 5'2 and I weight 137 I want to lose like 15lbs. I want to start running but I live in a bad place to go out for a run and i dont drive yet so i dont have access to a gym. And I'm a teen so I don't wanna start a hardcore diet plan but I do try to watch what I eat. What are some good workout/weightloss ideas that will help me get motivated and give me the results i want fast. Thank you for the help.

Asked: is giving your body "rest" for one day after workouts REALLLY necessary?

I am young (20) healthy diet. and only want to perfect my weight. I was 140 and in 3 weeks ive gone down to 133 lbs. I want to get to 125. I am dedicated and want to know if it is REALLY doing my body bad to go to the gym without that day of rest. Heres my sched:

Mon- gym (400 cal burned)
Tue- gym (400 cal burned)
Wed-gym (400 cal burned)
Thur- usually go to the gym
Fri- Work (no gym)
Sat-work no gym
sun work- no gym

should i go today? im excersizing for weightloss, not to bodybuild (tho i do incorporate strength tgraining to tone my muscles.
