it's hard finding the right workout routine I can do because I feel like i limit myself or I can't do it.

I use my fitness pal app on my ipad and it helps let me see what I put into my mouth.

MuscleLoss because of Cardio?

I have made some good gains since I recently began bodybuilding… but I have some excess fat I wish to remove, I heard about mouscle break down… I plan on running 3 days a week (running until I get a great cardio; weightloss is the goal) and then do some working out (arms,delts,back, eg) the days I dont run… would I lose muscle, If i plan to this for about 3 months?

Im looking into some weightloss pills, not nes. to lose weight, but to build my metabolism ( because its low) Im 18 years old, and im on weight watchers, and I just joined a gym, I plan on losing weight THE RIGHT WAY. I just want to know if there is a weight loss drink(add to abottle of water) or pill that has no harsh side effects that can really curve my appitite! and is it really safe?
